1. Former BCCI General Manager Dr MV Sridhar, who had recently resigned from his position, passed away. He was 51.
नुकताच आपल्या पदावरून राजीनामा दिलेले  बीसीसीआयचे माजी व्यवस्थापक डॉ. एम. व्ही. श्रीधर यांचे निधन.  ते 51 वर्षांचे होते.

2. India signed a USD 200 million loan agreement with World Bank to facilitate investment in the agricultural sector and increase productivity in Assam.
भारताने आसाममधील कृषी क्षेत्रातील गुंतवणूकीला चालना देण्यासाठी उत्पादकता वाढविण्यासाठी जागतिक बॅंकेशी 200 दशलक्ष डॉलर्सचा एक करार केला.

3.Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Giriraj Singh launched MSME Delayed Payment Portal – MSME Samadhaan (http://msefc.msme.gov.in), empowering micro and small entrepreneurs across the country to directly register their cases relating to delayed payments by Central Ministries/Departments/CPSEs/State Governments.
केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) गिरिराज सिंग यांनी एमएसएमई विलंब भरणा पोर्टल – एमएसएमई समाधानाची (http://msefc.msme.gov.in) सुरूवात केली, ज्याद्वारे या पोर्टलवर उद्योजक त्यांच्या केंद्र सरकारच्या मंत्रालये / विभाग / राज्य सरकारे देण्यातील विलंबाचे प्रकरणांची नोंदणी करु शकतील.

5.Veteran journalists Sam Rajappa and Sarat Mishra will be jointly awarded with the Raja Ram Mohan Roy Award for their outstanding contribution towards journalism. This award is given by the Press Council of India.
ज्येष्ठ पत्रकार सॅम राजप्पा आणि शरत मिश्रा यांना पत्रकारितेच्या क्षेत्रात उत्कृष्ट योगदानासाठी राजा राम मोहन रॉय पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले. हा पुरस्कार भारतीय प्रेस कौन्सिलने दिलेला आहे.

6. Online retailer Flipkart and sports goods company Decathlon announced a strategic partnership to bring Decathlon’s selection of sports equipment, fitness products and accessories to Indian shoppers.
ऑनलाइन किरकोळ विक्रेता फ्लिपकार्ट आणि क्रीडासाहित्य देणारी कंपनी डेकार्थ्लॉन यांनी क्रीडासाहित्य, फिटनेस प्रॉडक्ट्स आणि अॅक्सेसची भारतीय दुकानाला निवडण्यासाठी डेकॅथलॉनची निवड करण्यासाठी एक धोरणात्मक भागीदारीची घोषणा केली.

7.Birendra Prasad Baishya has been re-elected president of the Indian Weightlifting Federation (IWLF) in the Annual General Body Meeting.
बीरेंद्र प्रसाद वैश्य वार्षिक बैठकीत भारतीय वेटलिफ्टिंग फेडरेशनचे अध्यक्ष म्हणून निवडून आले आहेत.

8.Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has been awarded with the Pramod Mahajan Smriti Award in Pune.
बॉलिवूड अभिनेता अनुपम खेर यांना पुण्यातील प्रमोद महाजन स्मृती पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले आहे.

9.Heena Sidhu bagged gold in women’s 10m Air Pistol event at the Commonwealth Shooting Championships.
राष्ट्रकुल नेमबाजी स्पर्धेत महिलांच्या 10 मीटर एअर पिस्तूल प्रकारात हिना सिद्धूने सुवर्णपदक मिळविले.

10. The 11th India-United States Trade Policy Forum (TPF) Meeting was held in Washington D.C, capital city of US. It was chaired jointly by Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Suresh Prabhu and US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer.
अमेरिकेतील राजधानी वॉशिंग्टन डी.सी.मध्ये 11 व्या भारत-विदेश व्यापार धोरण मंच (टीपीएफ) ची बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. केंद्रीय वाणिज्य आणि उद्योग मंत्री सुरेश प्रभू आणि अमेरिकेच्या व्यापार प्रतिनिधी रॉबर्ट लिथिथर यांनी संयुक्तपणे अध्यक्ष म्हणून काम पाहिले होते.
