1.Prime Minister Narendra Modi left on a five-day visit to Sweden and the UK. The visit to the two nations aims at enhancing bilateral cooperation in key areas like trade, investments and Science & technology.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी स्वीडन आणि ब्रिटनच्या पाच दिवसीय  दौऱ्यावर  रवाना झाले आहेत. व्यापार, गुंतवणूक आणि विज्ञान आणि तंत्रज्ञान यासारख्या महत्त्वाच्या क्षेत्रातील द्विपक्षीय सहकार्याचे उद्दीष्ट वाढवण्यासाठी दोन्ही देशांच्या दौऱ्याचा हेतू आहे.

2.  21st commonwealth games concluded at Gold Coast, Australia. India stood on the third place, with 66 medals including 26 Gold.
ऑस्ट्रेलियातील गोल्ड कोस्ट येथे 21 व्या राष्ट्रकुल खेळांचा समारोप झाला. 66 पदके ज्यात 26 सुवर्ण पदकांसह भारताने तिसरे स्थान पटकावले आहे.

3. The 29th Arab League Summit started in Dahran in Saudi Arabia.
29व्या अरब लीग परिषदेची सुरुवात सौदी अरेबियातील धहरान येथे झाली.

4. The 7th edition of Home Expo India 2018 will begin today at India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.
ग्रेटर नोएडातील इंडिया एक्सपो सेंटर आणि मार्ट येथे आज होम एक्सपो इंडिया 2018 चे 7 व्या आवृत्तीचे उद्घाटन केले जाईल.

5. Veteran actor Dharmendra has been chosen for Maharashtra government’s Raj Kapoor Lifetime Achievement Award.
अभिनेता धर्मेंद्र यांची महाराष्ट्र सरकारच्या राज कपूर जीवनगौरव पुरस्काराने निवड झाली आहे.

6. East Godavari becomes the first district with complete LED  lighting.

7. Government has raised Nabard’s authorised capital by six-times to Rs 30k crore.
सरकारने नाबार्डचे अधिकृत भांडवल सहा पटीने वाढवून 30 हजार कोटी रुपयांपर्यंत वाढविले आहे.

8.  A dedicated Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Sino) Lab will be set-up at International Centre in Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) for women entrepreneurs.
महिला उद्योजकांसाठी सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विद्यापीठ (एसपीपीयू) इंटरनॅशनल सेंटर येथे एक समर्पित सामाजिक परिवर्तनाचा आणि उद्योजक (सायनो) ची स्थापना केली जाईल.

9. Ireland’s tallest tower has reopened to the public here after 47 years following a bomb attack.
बॉम्बहल्ल्याच्या घटनेनंतर 47 वर्षांनंतर आयर्लंडचा सर्वात उंच टॉवर लोकांकरिता पुन्हा खुला करण्यात आला आहे.

10. Google announced that it would be rolling out a new Gmail soon. The new design is said to also come with a feature that would ensure only the recipient can view an e-mail and that too for a specific period of time.
Google ने घोषणा केली की ते लवकरच नवीन Gmail आणणार आहे. जे सुनिश्चित करेल की फक्त प्राप्तकर्ता ई-मेल पाहू शकेल आणि ते सुद्धा विशिष्ट कालावधीसाठी.
