1.The United Nations issued an appeal for 951 million Dollars to meet the needs of nearly 900,000 Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh.
संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघाने बांगलादेशातील जवळजवळ 9 00,000 रोहिंग्या शरणार्थींच्या गरजांची पूर्तता करण्यासाठी 951 दशलक्ष डॉलर्सची अपील जारी केली आहे.

2. Navy Chief Admiral Sunil Lanba is on a five-day visit to the USA.
नौदल चीफ अॅडमिरल सुनील लंबा हे अमेरिकेतील पाच दिवसांच्या दौर्यावर आहेत.

3. President Ram Nath Kovind released commemorative coins in denominations of ₹10 and ₹1000 on Lord Jagannath’s Nabakalebara festival.
राष्ट्रपती रामनाथ कोविंद यांनी भगवान जगन्नाथांच्या नबकलेबर महोत्सवाच्या दिवशी ₹ 10 आणि ₹ 1000 ची स्मारक नाणी प्रसिद्ध केली.

4. President Ram Nath Kovind inaugurates a Festival of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and present Gandhian Young Technological Innovation awards at Rashtrapati Bhavan, in New Delhi.
राष्ट्रपती भवन,नवी दिल्ली येथे  राष्ट्रपती रामनाथ कोविंद यांनी नवकल्पना आणि उद्योजकांचा एक महोत्सव आणि गांधीवादी यंग टेक्नॉलॉजीकल इनोव्हेशन पुरस्कारांचे उद्घाटन केले.

5. Women may be recruited into the Corps of Military Police (CAMP) by the end of this year. Chief of Army Staff Gen Bipin Rawat said that the recruitment of women in the Corps of Military Police (CMP) will start before the year ends.
या वर्षाच्या अखेरीस महिलांना सैन्यदलातील पोलीस दल (सीएएमपी) मध्ये भरती करण्यात येईल असे सेना प्रमुख जनरल बिपीन रावत यांनी सांगितले आहे.

6. At 56 years of age, Mangala Mani, ISRO’s first woman scientist spent over 403 days in Antarctica.
56 वर्षांच्या इस्रोची पहिली महिला शास्त्रज्ञ  मंगला मणी, यांनी अंटार्क्टिकामध्ये 403 दिवसांपेक्षा अधिक काळ घालविला आहे.

7. Mauritius President Ameenah Gurib-Fakim resigned after being embroiled in a scandal over the use of a credit card to buy luxury personal items.
मॉरिशसच्या राष्ट्रपती अमिनाह ग्रिब-फकीम यांनी लक्झरी वैयक्तिक वस्तू खरेदी करण्यासाठी क्रेडिट कार्डाचा वापर केल्याबद्दल त्या घोटाळ्याची दखल घेतल्यानंतर राजीनामा दिला.

8. India defeated Bangladesh by 4 wickets to win the Nidahas triangular T20 Trophy.
भारताने बांगलादेशचा 4 गडी राखून पराभव करत निदहास त्रिकोणी टी -20 चषक जिंकला.

9. Sanjivani Jadhav has won the Bronze Medal in 14th Asian Cross Country Championship.
14 व्या आशियाई क्रॉस कंट्री चॅम्पियनशिपमध्ये संजीवनी जाधवने कांस्यपदक पटकावले आहे.

10. Veteran Punjabi singer and poet Karamjit Singh Dhuri (80) has passed away.
ज्येष्ठ पंजाबी गायक व कवी करमजित सिंग धुरी यांचे निधन झाले आहे. ते 80 वर्षांचे होते.
