Please sugesst me  on below mentioned question. what is the difference between ITI from government Institute and All india trade test

All India Trade tests (AITT) will be conducted by the NCVT for the award of National Trade Certificates (NTCs) to those trainees who qualify for the test.      ITI(industrial training institute) is constituted under DGET(Directorate general employment and training), Ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship, and Union government to provide training in various trades.
