Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the free online tools section published by Majhi Naukri at majhinaukri.in/tools (the “Tools site”). If you use our main website for jobs, mock tests, or articles, that section may have its own notices; this page is only for the tools area.

Short version

Most tools here work inside your browser. When you resize a photo, merge a PDF, or run a calculator, the work usually stays on your device. We do not ask you to create an account to use these tools, and we do not run a central server that stores the files you pick from your phone or computer for those features.

What we do not collect from your tool use

For the standard PDF, image, and calculator tools on this site:

• We do not receive the images, PDFs, or documents you select in the file picker.
• We do not store your typing test text or results on our servers as part of normal tool use.
• We do not need your name, email, or phone number to open or use a tool.

Your browser may keep files in memory only while the tab is open. When you close the page or refresh, that session data is gone from the tool unless you download something yourself.

Cookies and data on your device

The tools themselves do not need cookies to work. However, this site uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense (see below). Those services may set cookies or use similar storage in your browser to measure traffic and show ads.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some ad blockers or strict privacy modes may hide ads or affect how analytics is recorded. The PDF, image, and calculator tools will still run in your browser if their scripts load correctly.

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Tools site - for example how many people visit, which pages are opened, and whether traffic comes from mobile or desktop. This helps us improve popular tools and fix pages that are rarely used.

Google Analytics may collect information such as:

• Pages you view and time spent on the site
• Approximate location (country or city level, from IP address)
• Browser type, device type, and screen size
• Referring website or search engine (if any)

We use standard GA4 reporting only (users, sessions, and page views). We do not send your uploaded files, typing test content, or calculator inputs to Google Analytics.

Google AdSense (advertising)

Free tools are supported in part by ads shown through Google AdSense. You may see display ads:

• Below the main menu on individual tool pages
• On the tools homepage (hero area above the tool list)

Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads, limit how often you see an ad, and measure ad performance. Ads may be based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet (interest-based advertising), depending on your settings and applicable law.

We do not choose the specific products or services shown in each ad - Google selects ads from its network. We do not receive the files you use in our tools through AdSense.

Log and hosting data

Our web host may record basic technical logs when you load a page, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and which URL was requested. That is normal for any public website and helps us fix errors and abuse. We do not sell those logs to advertisers.

Other third-party services

Some pages also load resources from outside our domain, for example:

• Google Fonts (text styling)
• Google Tag Manager / Analytics scripts (see Google Analytics above)
• Google AdSense scripts (see Google AdSense above)
• Script libraries loaded from public CDNs on certain tools (for example PDF processing)

Those providers may see your IP address when your browser requests their files. We choose common CDNs used by many sites; if you block them, a tool might not look right or might not work until you allow the script.

Links to other sites

The header and footer link to majhinaukri.in and social pages. Once you leave the Tools site, the privacy rules of that other site apply. Read their policy if you are unsure.

Children

The tools are meant for general public use, including students preparing for exams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these tools. If you are a parent and believe your child sent us personal data by email or a form, contact us and we will help remove it.

Changes

We may update this page when we add new tools or change how something works. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy for the Tools site.
