I just given the last sem exam of engineering degree. But results are not yet declared. So can I apply for sub-inspector post in RPF? If yes. What should enter in "%" box ?

Graduate from a recognized University shall only be valid. Those awaiting result of the final examination of the prescribed educational qualification SHOULD NOT apply.
