question about age 18 to 28 years as on 29 August 2018 my DOB IS August 1989 is applicable?

18 to 28 age group madhil bharti sathi aapan aplicable nahi pn Kahi exams kiva bhartiche age group 28 chya pudhe aahe tithe aapan aplicable asal. I.e Mpsc / upsc etc....

29 August 2018 roji maximum vay 28 pahije asalyas, tumchi DOB jar August 1989 chi asel tar tumhi age madhe basnar nahi.
