I am a BSc  computer science graduate from SIES college of Sion . I have score 58.99% in overall gradutaion but for INET requires 60% is i am eligible or can i apply for that

No.you can't eligible for this post , 60% is mandatory. शैक्षणिक पात्रता: 
  1. Executive Branch: 60% गुणांसह BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Com /M.Sc (Computer / IT)/ B.Sc.(IT)/MCA/PG डिप्लोमा किंवा समतुल्य.
