Please read these terms before using the free tools on Majhi Naukri at majhinaukri.in/tools (the “Tools site”). By opening any tool page, you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Majhi Naukri Tools is a collection of browser-based utilities for students and job seekers in India. Examples include PDF merge, split, and compress; image resize and background removal; passport photo and photo-signature tools; calculators (GST, EMI, age, BMI, salary, EPF, PPF, CGPA, land area, and more); English and Marathi typing practice; MCQ tests; and study planners. The service is provided free of charge to visitors.

No government affiliation

Majhi Naukri is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SSC, UPSC, MPSC, IBPS, railway recruitment boards, state PSCs, banks, universities, or any government department. Tool names and exam-related wording are for general reference only. Nothing on this site is an official notification, result, or certificate. Always check the official advertisement before submitting any form or application.

How tools work

Where possible, work happens in your browser on your phone or computer. For standard PDF, image, and calculator tools, the files you pick are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for that processing. You do not need an account to use these tools.

Some pages load scripts from public CDNs (for example PDF libraries). Those providers may see your IP address when your browser requests their files. If you block required scripts, a tool may not work correctly until you allow them.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the output from any tool, including:

• Verifying calculator results (GST, EMI, salary, CGPA, age, etc.) before paying tax, signing a loan, or filling a form
• Checking that resized images, compressed PDFs, or merged files meet the KB limit, dimensions, and format rules of the portal you upload to
• Opening final PDFs page by page before upload - wrong order or a missing page is a common rejection reason
• Making sure photo and signature layouts match what the form asks for
• Using typing and MCQ scores as practice only - actual exam software and rules may differ
• Treating exam comparison figures (pay, difficulty, eligibility) as rough guides that can go out of date

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal or harmful
• Try to break, overload, or scrape the site in a way that hurts other users
• Remove or hide our name, links, copyright notices, or ads where they appear
• Republish our tools as your own product without written permission
• Click ads or use the site in a way meant to inflate ad revenue or analytics artificially

Advertising

Free access to the Tools site is supported in part by Google AdSense display ads. You may see ads below the main menu on tool pages and on the tools homepage. Google and its partners select and serve ads; we do not personally endorse every product or service shown. We do not receive your tool files through advertising scripts.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic - pages visited, sessions, and general device types. This helps us see which tools are useful and which pages need fixing. We use standard reporting only; we do not send your uploaded files, typing content, or calculator inputs to Google Analytics. Details and opt-out options are in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and errors

We try to keep tools working on common browsers and phones, but we do not guarantee the site will always be online, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Tools are provided “as is.” Features may change, move, or be removed without notice. Old bookmarks might stop working if we reorganise folders - use the homepage to find the latest link.

Intellectual property

The Majhi Naukri name, logo, site design, and our own text belong to Majhi Naukri or our licensors. Open-source libraries used inside tools keep their own licences. You may share a link to our tools; you may not copy the whole site code and host it as if you built it, unless the licence for that part allows it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Majhi Naukri and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Tools site - including lost data, rejected applications, wrong calculations, or device problems. You use the tools at your own risk.

Links to other sites

The Tools site links to majhinaukri.in, social pages, and third-party services (fonts, CDNs, Google). Once you leave the Tools site or interact with a third-party script, that party’s terms and privacy rules apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the courts in Maharashtra unless another court is required by law.
