The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is testing new ideas because the ethanol-diesel blends didn’t work as well as they had hoped. | 2. The Mars rover Perseverance from NASA has found the best evidence yet that life may have existed on Mars. The rover looked at a rock called Cheyava Falls in 2024 and found chemical and structural traits that could mean there were microbes living there a long time ago. This find has made people all across the world interested in life on other planets. | 3. In September 2025, the Indian Navy opened INS Aravali, a new shore-based station in Gurugram. This station improves India’s ability to gather information about the sea and fight information wars. INS Aravali is a key part of the Navy’s command and control network. | 5. India is working with the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) in Myanmar to get samples of rare-earth minerals.
