| 2. India and Vietnam held bilateral meetings in New Delhi on 6 May 2026 and in Hanoi on 19 May 2026 to discuss maritime security and defence cooperation. On 19th May 2026, Bharat Forge’s Aerospace business signed an MoU with the Government of Andhra Pradesh for setting up India’s first private sector Marine Gas Turbine repair, overhaul and indigenisation development complex at Visakhapatnam. | 4. India will receive the fourth squadron of the Russian-origin S-400 air defence missile system by the end of the week of 19 May 2026. | 5. Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) is building an Automated People Mover system (or air train) at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.
