Educational Qualification:- Post No.1: (i) A degree in law with a minimum of 50% in the aggregate, obtained through a three-year or five-year integrated law course. (ii) A minimum of one year of experience as a practicing advocate or as an employee of a legal firm or a reputable organisation. It is essential to possess a comprehensive understanding of the Contract Act and other service regulations that govern government services. The acquisition of an MBA will serve as an additional advantage.
- Post No.2: (i) A postgraduate degree in Hindi with a minimum of 50% in the aggregate. The individual must have completed their undergraduate studies in the English language and possess a strong understanding of Hindi. A qualification in Hindi translation would be an additional benefit. It is imperative that one is well-versed in the guidelines of the Government of India regarding the use of Hindi as the official language in PSU/Central Government offices. An MBA will be an additional benefit.
