1. India is finally launching its most advanced geo-imaging satellite (GiSAT-1), which will help in better monitoring of the subcontinent, including its borders with China and Pakistan, by imaging the country 4-5 times a day.
भारत शेवटी आपला सर्वात प्रगत भू-इमेजिंग उपग्रह (GiSAT-1) प्रक्षेपित करत आहे, जे दिवसातून 4-5 वेळा देशाचे इमेजिंग करून चीन आणि पाकिस्तानच्या सीमेसह उपमहाद्वीपचे अधिक चांगले निरीक्षण करण्यास मदत करेल.

2. An integrated one-stop solution Rail Madad was launched by Indian Railways in which the national transporter has merged a number of existing helplines that were used for various purposes into one.

3. RBI announced that it will conduct two more auctions of Rs 25,000 crore each for open market purchase of government securities under G-sec Acquisition Programme (G-SAP 2.0)
आरबीआयने जाहीर केले की जी-सेक अधिग्रहण कार्यक्रम (G-SAP 2.0) अंतर्गत सरकारी सिक्युरिटीजच्या खुल्या बाजारातील खरेदीसाठी ते प्रत्येकी 25,000 कोटी रुपयांचे आणखी दोन लिलाव करणार आहेत.

4. The Monetary Policy Committee of RBI kept the Repo rate unchanged at 4%. The repo rate is kept unchanged for the 7th consecutive time.

5. Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has chaired the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) open debate through video conferencing.

6. Chief Scientist of World Health Organization, Dr Soumya Swaminathan, urged the nations to prioritize reopening of schools amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

9. Hong Kong is all set to implement China’s anti-sanctions law. It will be implemented in some form in the country and will add fresh regulatory pressure on international companies.
