Rajeev, delivered the integrity promise to officials in Satarkata Bhawan, New Delhi.

4. We don’t know much about the Sun, even though it’s important for life on Earth. Satellites and technology can be messed up by solar storms. The National Large Solar Telescope (NLST) is being built in Ladakh by India to fill this gap. Professor Annapurni Subramaniam is in charge of this project, which aims to help us learn more about what happens in the sun.

5. The “Namo Drone Didi” plan was started by the Indian government. By giving drones to Women Self Help Groups (SHGs), this project wants to give them more power. As part of the DAY-NRLM (Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana), this plan aims to help people in rural areas make a living. The money for it is ₹1261 crores, and it will last from 2024 to 2026. By letting farmers rent drones for farming chores, the goal is to help farms.

6. The world economy is changing because of artificial intelligence (AI). It is changing the way businesses work, job markets, and society works. As things change, there are both chances and problems. The AI business around the world is projected to grow at a rate of 36.6% per year from 2024 to 2030. Because they focus on jobs that require a lot of cognitive work, advanced countries will see these changes happen sooner than emerging markets.

1. Recently, Brazil decided not to participate in China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). This choice represents a significant change in Brazil’s strategy for foreign cooperation and investment. Brazil is the second country in the BRICS to oppose the BRI, after India. The administration of President Lula da Silva is looking for other ways to collaborate with Chinese investors.

अलीकडेच, ब्राझीलने चीनच्या बेल्ट अँड रोड इनिशिएटिव्ह (BRI) मध्ये सहभागी न होण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. ही निवड परकीय सहकार्य आणि गुंतवणुकीसाठी ब्राझीलच्या धोरणात महत्त्वपूर्ण बदल दर्शवते. BRICS मध्ये भारतानंतर BRI ला विरोध करणारा ब्राझील हा दुसरा देश आहे. अध्यक्ष लुला दा सिल्वा यांचे प्रशासन चिनी गुंतवणूकदारांशी सहयोग करण्याचे इतर मार्ग शोधत आहे.
2. Hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) patients’ long-term results were investigated in a recent study that was published in Science Translational Medicine. The study focused on the evolution and mutation of transplanted stem cells over time.

1. India ranks 79 out of 142 countries in the 2024 Rule of Law Index published by the World Justice Project. This ranking reflects the current state of governance, fundamental rights, and the business environment in India.

वर्ल्ड जस्टिस प्रोजेक्टने प्रकाशित केलेल्या 2024 च्या कायद्याच्या नियमाच्या निर्देशांकात भारत 142 देशांपैकी 79 व्या क्रमांकावर आहे. ही क्रमवारी भारतातील शासनाची सद्यस्थिती, मूलभूत अधिकार आणि व्यवसायाचे वातावरण दर्शवते.
2. According to the World Justice Project’s 2024 Rule of Law Index, India is ranked 79th out of 142 nations. This ranking takes into account India’s existing business climate, basic rights, and government.

1. With a score of 45.5 out of 100, India is ranked 176th in the Global Nature Conservation Index (NCI) 2024. This puts India, along with Kiribati, Turkey, Iraq, and Micronesia, among the world’s five poorest performances. The NCI evaluates conservation activities in 180 nations and was published on October 24, 2024.

2. An emerging force in India’s generative AI market, Sarvam AI, has unveiled Sarvam-1, a new language model. This model is open-source and particularly made for Indian languages. Sarvam-1, the company’s October 2024 launch, comes after Sarvam 2B, which made its debut in August 2024.

1. India is becoming a significant force in the esports market. The International Esports Federation (IESF) and the Skillhub Online Games Federation (SOGF) announced their collaboration to hold the first international Esports championship in India on October 26, 2024. In March 2025, the International Esports Masters will take place, with the goal of drawing competitors from 150 nations.

6. At Telangana’s Lower Manair Dam (LMD), a significant occurrence took place. There were between 150 and 200 uncommon Indian Skimmer birds observed. This is the first time these birds have been sighted in Telangana. During the winter, they usually go to Kakinada port in Andhra Pradesh. According to birdwatchers, these skimmers were last seen in 2023.

1. The Punjab government of Pakistan has revealed plans to use artificial rain to combat severe pollution in Lahore. This decision comes after Lahore was designated the world’s most polluted city, with an awful Air Quality Index (AQI) score of 394. Such amounts are classed as harmful, greatly surpassing the World Health Organization’s (WHO) guidelines.
