1. Cabinet has given nod to the setting up of ISRO Technical Liaison Unit (ITLU) at Moscow in Russia.
रशियाच्या मॉस्को येथे इस्रो टेक्निकल लायझन युनिट (आयटीएलयू) स्थापण्यास मंत्रिमंडळाने होकार दिला आहे.

2. Foreign Ministers from South East Asia are attending the 52nd ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Bangkok, Thailand.
दक्षिण पूर्व आशियातील परराष्ट्र मंत्री थायलंडच्या बँकॉकमध्ये 52 व्या आसियान परराष्ट्र मंत्र्यांच्या बैठकीस उपस्थित राहणार आहेत.

3. Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has inducted Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai as a new Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.

4. Culture Minister Prahlad Singh Patel has announced to include Nepali and Santhali languages in fellowships for Artistes.

5. Senior IAS officer Rajiv Kumar will be the new Finance Secretary.The approval was given by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

6. India signed a deal worth Rs 1500 crore to buy R-27 air-to-air missiles from Russia. The main objective of this deal is to boost the capabilities of Indian Air Force (IAF) R-27 air-to-air missiles will be equipped on the Su-30MKI fighter jets
रशियाकडून आर -27 एअर-टू-एअर क्षेपणास्त्र खरेदी करण्यासाठी 1500 कोटी रुपयांच्या करारावर भारताने करार केला. या कराराचे मुख्य उद्दीष्ट भारतीय वायुसेनेच्या क्षमता वाढविणे R-27 एअर-टू-एअर क्षेपणास्त्रे एसयू -30 एमकेआय लढाऊ विमानांवर सुसज्ज असतील.

7. Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India announced the 48-member contingent which will represent India at the biggest showcase of skills excellence in the world, called WorldSkills International Competition 2019.
कौशल्य विकास आणि उद्योजकता मंत्रालय (एमएसडीई), भारत सरकार यांनी 48-सदस्यांची तुकडी जाहीर केली जी जगातील कौशल्य उत्कृष्टतेच्या सर्वात मोठ्या प्रदर्शनात भारताचे प्रतिनिधित्व करेल, ज्याला वर्ल्डस्किल्स आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्पर्धा 2019 म्हणतात.

8. Union government enrol around 150 million workers over the next three years under the scheme Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan (PM-SYM). The pension scheme will benefit a large pool of people who earn less but form a large part of the labour market.
पंतप्रधान श्रम योगी मान-धन (PM-SYM) या योजनेंतर्गत केंद्र सरकार पुढील तीन वर्षांत सुमारे 150 दशलक्ष कामगारांची नाव नोंदणी करेल. निवृत्तीवेतन योजनेचा फायदा अशा लोकांच्या मोठ्या पूलमध्ये होईल जे कमी उत्पन्न करतात परंतु कामगार बाजारपेठेत मोठा भाग तयार करतात.

9. India cricketer and Andhra Pradesh skipper Venugopal Rao announced retirement from all forms of the game.

10. Indian Test opener Prithvi Shaw has been suspended by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) till November 15, 2019, for a doping violation.
भारतीय कसोटी सलामीवीर पृथ्वी शॉला भारतीय क्रिकेट नियामक मंडळाने (बीसीसीआय) डोपिंग उल्लंघन केल्याबद्दल 15 नोव्हेंबर 2019 पर्यंत निलंबित केले आहे.
