1. In 2024-25, India intends to submit a nomination for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) to recognise the “Maratha Military Landscapes” as a World Heritage site.
2024-25 मध्ये, “मराठा मिलिटरी लँडस्केप्स” ला जागतिक वारसा स्थळ म्हणून मान्यता देण्यासाठी संयुक्त राष्ट्र शैक्षणिक, वैज्ञानिक आणि सांस्कृतिक संघटना (UNESCO) साठी नामांकन सादर करण्याचा भारताचा मानस आहे.
2. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has extended the deadline for property geotagging in Delhi until February 29, 2024. This process was previously required to be finished by January 31st.
दिल्ली महानगरपालिकेने (MCD) दिल्लीतील मालमत्ता जिओटॅगिंगची अंतिम मुदत 29 फेब्रुवारी 2024 पर्यंत वाढवली आहे. यापूर्वी ही प्रक्रिया 31 जानेवारीपर्यंत पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक होते.
3. In a recent analysis, scientists from the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) determined that radioactive discharges from nuclear power plants in India have been negligible. Twenty years (2000-2020), the researchers analysed radiological data from six nuclear power plants in India.
भाभा अणुसंशोधन केंद्र (BARC) च्या शास्त्रज्ञांनी नुकत्याच केलेल्या विश्लेषणात असे आढळून आले की भारतातील अणुऊर्जा प्रकल्पातून किरणोत्सर्गी स्त्राव नगण्य आहे. वीस वर्षे (2000-2020), संशोधकांनी भारतातील सहा अणुऊर्जा प्रकल्पांमधील रेडिओलॉजिकल डेटाचे विश्लेषण केले.
4. Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger’s military regimes recently announced their immediate withdrawal from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
बुर्किना फासो, माली आणि नायजरच्या लष्करी राजवटींनी अलीकडेच पश्चिम आफ्रिकन राज्यांच्या आर्थिक समुदायातून (ECOWAS) तात्काळ माघार घेण्याची घोषणा केली.
5. The Union Minister of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEFCC) released a report on the Status of Snow Leopards in India at the National Board for Wildlife meeting in New Delhi today.
केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वन आणि हवामान बदल मंत्री (MoEFCC) यांनी आज नवी दिल्ली येथे नॅशनल बोर्ड फॉर वाइल्डलाइफच्या बैठकीत भारतातील हिम बिबट्याच्या स्थितीबाबत अहवाल प्रसिद्ध केला.
