| 2. India is about to enter the age of high-speed rail. The first bullet train in the country is expected to start running by August 15, 2027. | 4. Goa will soon have its third district, called Kushavati. This is a big change in how the coastal state is run. Pramod Sawant, the Chief Minister, made the announcement.
