1. The Supreme Court ruled that a disabled person can receive the benefit of promotion reservation even if he or she was hired in the regular category or developed the disability after starting work.
सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने असा निर्णय दिला की एखाद्या अपंग व्यक्तीला नियमित श्रेणीत नोकरी मिळाल्यास किंवा नोकरी सुरू झाल्यानंतर अपंगत्व विकसित केले गेले तरीही पदोन्नती आरक्षणाचा लाभ मिळू शकतो.
