1. World Wildlife Day, also known as WWD, is celebrated annually across the world on 03 March.

6. Scientists from the Chinese Academy of Sciences discovered that there are two distinct species of Red pandas namely Chinese red pandas and Himalayan red pandas. Substantial divergences have been found among the species.
चायनीज ॲकॅडमी ऑफ सायन्सेसच्या शास्त्रज्ञांना असे आढळले की लाल पांड्यांच्या दोन वेगळ्या प्रजाती आहेत, म्हणजेच चीनी लाल पांडा आणि हिमालयीन लाल पांडा. प्रजातींमध्ये लक्षणीय भिन्नता आढळली आहे.

10. Veteran athletics coach and Dronacharya awardee Joginder Singh Saini, who groomed some of India’s finest track and field stars, died in Patiala. He was 92.
ज्येष्ठ अ‍ॅथलेटिक्स प्रशिक्षक आणि द्रोणाचार्य पुरस्कार प्राप्त जोगिंदरसिंग सैनी यांचे पटियाला येथे निधन झाले. ते 92 वर्षांचे होते.
