1. On April 4, the United Nations International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action is observed every year.

2. Chandrapur was the third hottest city in the world, according to the El Dorado weather website, with a temperature of 43.2 degrees Celsius.
एल डोराडो वेदर वेबसाईटनुसार, 43.2 अंश सेल्सिअस तापमानासह चंद्रपूर हे जगातील तिसरे सर्वात उष्ण शहर होते.

3. Anurag Thakur, the Information and Broadcasting Minister has launched the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting’s Broadcast Seva Portal. This portal was launched on 4th April 2022 in New Delhi.
माहिती आणि प्रसारण मंत्री अनुराग ठाकूर यांनी माहिती आणि प्रसारण मंत्रालयाचे ब्रॉडकास्ट सेवा पोर्टल सुरू केले आहे. हे पोर्टल 4 एप्रिल 2022 रोजी नवी दिल्ली येथे सुरू करण्यात आले.

4. Three Indian women Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw of Biocon, Falguni Nayar of Nykaa, and Radha Vembu of Zoho have been featured in the latest Hurun Richest Self-Made Women in the World 2022 (Hurun list of women self-made billionaires).

6. The World Wildlife Fund has released a report stating that in Myanmar illegal purchases of wildlife online are increasing which is causing a threat to both endangered species and public health.

7. Surat, Gujarat is the first Indian city to get a road built from processed steel slag (industrial waste).

8. The Indian government has issued an order for the first time exempting certain types of crops that are genome-edited from the stringent regulations that are applicable in the country on genetically modified or GM crops.
भारत सरकारने जनुकीय सुधारित किंवा GM पिकांवर देशात लागू असलेल्या कठोर नियमांमधून जीनोम-संपादित केलेल्या पिकांच्या विशिष्ट प्रकारांना सूट देणारा आदेश प्रथमच जारी केला आहे.

9. 2021 Khelo India University Games logo was unveiled recently. It will be held in Karnataka from 24th April 2022. At the Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru the logo was unveiled.
2021 खेलो इंडिया युनिव्हर्सिटी गेम्सच्या लोगोचे नुकतेच अनावरण करण्यात आले. हे 24 एप्रिल 2022 पासून कर्नाटकमध्ये होणार आहे. श्री कांतीरवा स्टेडियम, बेंगळुरू येथे लोगोचे अनावरण करण्यात आले.

10. USD 500,000 has been contributed by India to the UN Women, the United Nations agency for women empowerment and gender equality.
