3. Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan launched ‘COVID Katha’, a multimedia guide on the COVID-19 disease.

4. US President Donald Trump has nominated Indian-American Ashok Michael Pinto as a representative to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

केंद्रीय अन्न प्रक्रिया उद्योग मंत्री हरसिमरत कौर बादल यांनी 4 मे रोजी पूर्ण झालेल्या एकात्मिक कोल्ड चेन प्रकल्पांच्या प्रवर्तकांसह व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्स आयोजित केली होती. व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्समध्ये 38 कोल्ड चेन प्रकल्पांच्या प्रवर्तकांनी भाग घेतला.

8. Ameyo, a customer engagement technology provider, announced the launch of video-based KYC for businesses to eliminate the need for physical KYC following the latest RBI guidelines issued in Jan 2020.

9. Union Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Narendra Singh Tomar launched “The Saras Collection” on the Government e Marketplace (GeM) portal.

10. The Delhi state government imposed a ‘Special Corona Fee’ on liquor. As per the announcement, 70% of the maximum retail price (MRP) will be charged for all categories of liquor that will be sold in the city with effect from 5 May.
दिल्ली राज्य सरकारने दारूवर ‘स्पेशल कोरोना फी’ लादली. या घोषणेनुसार 5 मेपासून शहरातील विक्री होणाऱ्या सर्व प्रकारच्या दारूच्या जास्तीत जास्त किरकोळ किंमतीच्या (MRP) 70% शुल्क आकारले जाईल.
