1. The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) celebrated its 63rd Foundation Day in New Delhi. This celebration was accompanied by the significant achievement of NCERT being granted the prestigious Deemed-to-be-University status.
नॅशनल कौन्सिल ऑफ एज्युकेशनल रिसर्च अँड ट्रेनिंग (NCERT) ने नवी दिल्ली येथे 63 वा स्थापना दिवस साजरा केला. एनसीईआरटीला प्रतिष्ठित डीम्ड-टू-बी-युनिव्हर्सिटी दर्जा मिळाल्यामुळे हा उत्सव साजरा करण्यात आला.
2. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation is now offering ‘Tourist Smart Cards’ at specific Metro stations through special counters.
दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कॉर्पोरेशन आता विशिष्ट मेट्रो स्थानकांवर विशेष काउंटरद्वारे ‘टुरिस्ट स्मार्ट कार्ड’ ऑफर करत आहे.
3. The second edition of the Naval Commanders’ Conference 2023 took place in New Delhi. Its aim was to facilitate interaction between Naval Commanders and senior Government officials to advance various inter-ministerial initiatives for maritime safety and security.
नौदल कमांडर्स कॉन्फरन्स 2023 ची दुसरी आवृत्ती नवी दिल्ली येथे झाली. सागरी सुरक्षा आणि सुरक्षेसाठी विविध आंतर-मंत्रालयी उपक्रमांना पुढे नेण्यासाठी नौदल कमांडर आणि वरिष्ठ सरकारी अधिकारी यांच्यातील संवाद सुलभ करणे हा त्याचा उद्देश होता.
4. The three-day Kathmandu-Kalinga Literary Festival in Lalitpur, Nepal, has concluded successfully. The festival was inaugurated by Nepal’s Minister for Foreign Affairs NP Saud.
नेपाळमधील ललितपूर येथे तीन दिवसीय काठमांडू-कलिंगा साहित्य महोत्सवाची यशस्वी सांगता झाली. नेपाळचे परराष्ट्र व्यवहार मंत्री एनपी सौद यांच्या हस्ते महोत्सवाचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले.
5. Banks in India lent more money to the commercial real estate sector in July 2023 compared to July 2022. The amount of loans given to this sector increased by 38%. The total amount of outstanding loans for commercial real estate was Rs 4.07 lakh crore by the end of July 2023, while it was Rs 2.94 lakh crore in July 2022.
भारतातील बँकांनी जुलै 2022 च्या तुलनेत जुलै 2023 मध्ये व्यावसायिक रिअल इस्टेट क्षेत्राला जास्त पैसे दिले. या क्षेत्राला दिलेल्या कर्जाच्या प्रमाणात 38% वाढ झाली. व्यावसायिक रिअल इस्टेटसाठी एकूण थकित कर्जाची रक्कम जुलै 2023 अखेर 4.07 लाख कोटी रुपये होती, तर जुलै 2022 मध्ये ती 2.94 लाख कोटी रुपये होती.
6. There’s a growing trend of financial influencers charging up to Rs 7.5 lakh for a single post on social media. To address this, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is introducing new rules to regulate these influencers. SEBI wants to make sure that financial information shared by these influencers is accurate and reliable.
सोशल मीडियावर एका पोस्टसाठी 7.5 लाख रुपयांपर्यंत आर्थिक प्रभाव टाकण्याचा ट्रेंड वाढत आहे. यावर उपाय म्हणून, सिक्युरिटीज अँड एक्सचेंज बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया (SEBI) या प्रभावकांचे नियमन करण्यासाठी नवीन नियम आणत आहे. SEBI हे सुनिश्चित करू इच्छिते की या प्रभावकांनी शेअर केलेली आर्थिक माहिती अचूक आणि विश्वासार्ह आहे.
