1. Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi, 62, resigned her position as CEO of PepsiCo. She has been leading the company since 2006.
इंद्रा कृष्णमूर्ती नूयी (62) यांनी पेप्सिकोच्या सीईओ पदाचा राजीनामा दिला आहे. 2006 पासून त्या कंपनीचे नेतृत्व करत होत्या.

2. After the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case, the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decided not to the issue the Letters of Undertaking (LoU) and Letters of Credit (LoC) for trade credit.
पंजाब नॅशनल बँक (पीएनबी) घोटाळा झाल्यानंतर, रिझर्व्ह बँकेने (आरबीआय) व्यापार कर्जाकरिता लेटर्स ऑफ अंडरटेकिंग (LoU) & लेटर्स ऑफ क्रेडिट (LoC) न देण्याचा  निर्णय घेतला आहे.

3. Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) announced that it has signed an agreement with Vijaykant Dairy and Food Products Limited (VDFPL) and it’s group company to acquire Adityaa Milk ice cream business, its ice cream and frozen desserts business.
हिंदुस्थान युनिलिव्हर लिमिटेडने (एचयुएल) जाहीर केले की, त्यांनी विजयकांत डेअरी आणि फूड प्रॉडक्ट्स लिमिटेड (व्हीडीएफपीएल) आदित्य मिल्क आइस्क्रीम व्यवसाय, आइस क्रीम आणि फ्रोज़न डेझर्ट व्यवसायाची मालकी घेण्यासाठी यांच्याशी करार केला आहे.

4. Google announced (Android 9.0) ‘Pie’ as the name for the latest version of the Android operating system, succeeding Android Oreo.
Google ने एंड्रॉइड ओरेओच्या यशानंतर, एंड्रॉइड ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टमच्या नवीनतम आवृत्तीसाठी ‘पाई’ हे नाव जाहीर केले आहे.

5. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has been officially nominated to be Pakistan’s next Prime Minister.
पाकिस्तान तेहरिक-ए-इंसाफ (पीटीआय) चे अध्यक्ष इम्रान खान यांना पाकिस्तानचे तत्कालीन पंतप्रधान होण्यास अधिकृतरीत्या नामांकन मिळाले आहे.

6. International Conference on Sustainable Growth Through Material Recycling Inaugurated In New Delhi. The conference was inaugurated by the Union Minister of Road Transport, Highways & Ganga Rejuvenation, Nitin Gadkari.
नवी दिल्लीमध्ये साहित्यातील पुनर्नवीकरणाद्वारे निरंतर विकासावर आंतरराष्ट्रीय परिषदेचे उद्घाटन केंद्रीय वाहतूक, महामार्ग आणि गंगा पुनरुज्जीवन मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले.

7. The Lok Sabha passed the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Bill, 2018.
लोकसभेने अनुसूचित जाती आणि अनुसूचित जमाती (अत्याचार प्रतिबंध) दुरुस्ती विधेयक 2018 मंजूर केले आहे.

8. China has successfully tested its first cutting-edge hypersonic aircraft Xingkong-2. It could carry nuclear warheads and penetrate any current generation anti-missile defence systems.
चीनने यशस्वीरित्या आपल्या पहिल्या अत्याधुनिक सुपरसॉनिक विमान ‘शिंगकोंग-2’ ची यशस्वीरित्या चाचणी केली, शिंगकोंग-2  हे आण्विक शस्त्र चालवण्यासाठी आणि विद्यमान विरोधी क्षेपणास्त्र संरक्षण यंत्रणा आत प्रवेश करण्यास सक्षम आहे.

9. Young paddler Swastika Ghosh claimed a bronze medal in the junior girls’ doubles along with Singapore’s Jingyi Zhou in the 2018 Hang Seng Hong Kong Junior and Cadet Open.

10. Noted film producer and former chairman of Indian Film Chamber of Commerce M Bhakthavatsala died. He was 84.
प्रसिद्ध चित्रपट निर्माते आणि भारतीय चित्रपट चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्सचे माजी अध्यक्ष एम. भक्तवत्सला यांचे निधन झाले. ते 84 वर्षांचे होते.
