1. The development in the northeastern states has always been slow as compared to the Indian mainland. This is mainly because the states are covered with forests and the percentage of the tribal population is high.
भारताच्या मुख्य भूभागाच्या तुलनेत ईशान्येकडील राज्यांमधील विकास नेहमीच मंद राहिला आहे. याचे मुख्य कारण म्हणजे राज्ये जंगलांनी व्यापलेली आहेत आणि आदिवासी लोकसंख्येची टक्केवारी जास्त आहे.

2. The James Webb Telescope is an infrared space telescope orbiting the sun. The telescope was jointly developed by European Space Agency, NASA, and Canadian Space Agency.
जेम्स वेब टेलिस्कोप ही सूर्याभोवती फिरणारी अवरक्त अवकाश दुर्बीण आहे. युरोपियन स्पेस एजन्सी, नासा आणि कॅनेडियन स्पेस एजन्सी यांनी संयुक्तपणे ही दुर्बीण विकसित केली आहे.

3. The United Nations released a confidential report on North Korea. Confidential means it is not for public viewing and will not be put on the UN website.
संयुक्त राष्ट्राने उत्तर कोरियाबाबत एक गोपनीय अहवाल जारी केला आहे. गोपनीय म्हणजे ते सार्वजनिक पाहण्यासाठी नाही आणि UN वेबसाइटवर टाकले जाणार नाही.

4. A 7.8 Ritcher earthquake hit Turkey – Syria. More than thousands died. The earthquake is the biggest of the earthquakes recorded so far in the region.
तुर्कस्तान – सीरियामध्ये 7.8 रिशरचा भूकंप झाला. हजारांहून अधिक मरण पावले. या प्रदेशात आतापर्यंत नोंदवण्यात आलेल्या भूकंपांपैकी हा सर्वात मोठा भूकंप आहे.

5. Hillary Clinton was in Ahmedabad,  Gujarat attending the 50th-anniversary celebration of SEWA. SEWA is Self Employed Women Association.
हिलरी क्लिंटन अहमदाबाद, गुजरात येथे SEWA च्या 50 व्या वर्धापन दिनाच्या समारंभाला उपस्थित होत्या. SEWA ही स्वयंरोजगार महिला संघटना आहे.

6. Hybrid Warfare is a strategy used in the military. It includes the techniques of conventional warfare, cyber warfare, and irregular warfare. Today hybrid warfare techniques are increasing.
हायब्रीड वॉरफेअर ही सैन्यात वापरली जाणारी रणनीती आहे. त्यात पारंपारिक युद्ध, सायबर युद्ध आणि अनियमित युद्धाचे तंत्र समाविष्ट आहे. आज हायब्रिड युद्ध तंत्र वाढत आहे.

7. In 2021, India proposed the LiFE Initiative at COP26 held in Glasgow. The initiative was proposed during the 50th celebrations of World Environment Day.
2021 मध्ये, भारताने ग्लासगो येथे आयोजित COP26 मध्ये LiFE इनिशिएटिव्हचा प्रस्ताव दिला. जागतिक पर्यावरण दिनाच्या 50 व्या उत्सवादरम्यान हा उपक्रम प्रस्तावित करण्यात आला होता.

8. The Extension workers are those people who are involved in the education programmes in a field. In the agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, or poultry sector, the extension workers teach farmers on new farming techniques, and strategies to increase their income.
विस्तार कर्मचारी हे असे लोक आहेत जे एखाद्या क्षेत्रातील शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमात सहभागी असतात. कृषी, फलोत्पादन, पशुपालन किंवा कुक्कुटपालन क्षेत्रात, विस्तार कर्मचारी शेतकऱ्यांना नवीन शेती तंत्र आणि त्यांचे उत्पन्न वाढवण्याच्या धोरणांबद्दल शिकवतात.

9. The Finance Minister of Telangana Mr Harish Rao recently presented the budget for the state. The highlights of the budget are as follows: The Government of Telangana allocated Rs 200 crores for the KCR Nutrition kit Rs 3001 crores for the higher education department Rs 1644 crores for transport Rs 1500 crores for Telangana State.
तेलंगणाचे अर्थमंत्री हरीश राव यांनी नुकताच राज्याचा अर्थसंकल्प सादर केला. अर्थसंकल्पातील ठळक मुद्दे पुढीलप्रमाणे आहेत: तेलंगणा सरकारने KCR पोषण किटसाठी 200 कोटी रुपये, उच्च शिक्षण विभागासाठी 3001 कोटी रुपये, परिवहन विभागासाठी 1644 कोटी रुपये तेलंगणा राज्यासाठी 1500 कोटी रुपये वाटप केले.

10. Greenwashing is a strategy used by marketing companies to make fraudulent, misleading, and false claims that their products are environmentally friendly.
ग्रीन वॉशिंग हे मार्केटिंग कंपन्यांनी फसवे, दिशाभूल करणारे आणि त्यांची उत्पादने पर्यावरणास अनुकूल असल्याचे खोटे दावे करण्यासाठी वापरलेले धोरण आहे.
