1. Center has reduced the duty on Crude Palm Oil by 5 per cent, with a view to reduce the edible oil prices and to provide relief to consumers.

2. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ released the Report on United Information System for Education Plus 2019-20 for School Education in India.

3. According to a policy document issued by the National Mission for Clean Ganga, cities located on river banks should include river conservation plans in their Master Plans. Currently, the recommendations are for towns along the Ganga’s main stem.
