1. Public-sector lender Canara Bank said its Executive Director Matam Venkata Rao has been appointed as the new MD & CEO of Central Bank of India.
सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रातील कॅनरा बँकेचे कार्यकारी संचालक मतम वेंकट राव यांची सेंट्रल बँक ऑफ इंडियाचे नवीन MD आणि मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आहे.

5. Nand Kumar Singh Chauhan, the BJP Lok Sabha member from Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh, died in Gurugram. He was 69.
मध्य प्रदेशातील खंडवा येथील भाजपचे लोकसभा सदस्य नंदकुमार सिंह चौहान यांचे गुरुग्राममध्ये निधन झाले. ते 69 वर्षांचे होते.

6. Siemens Ltd has completed the acquisition of 99.22 per cent equity shares in C&S Electric Ltd from the company’s promoters for Rs 2,100 crore.
