The Supreme Court of India made a historic decision to protect public health and safety by ordering all states and union territories to keep stray dogs away from schools, hospitals, train stations, and bus stops. The three-judge bench made up of Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta, and N.V. Anjaria gave detailed instructions to make sure that these animals were moved and watched over in accordance with the Animal Birth Control Rules. Advertisement

| 3. India and Angola are going to work together more closely in the areas of defence and energy. This is happening because President Droupadi Murmu is going to Angola and Botswana from November 8 to 13. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said that talks are going on to finalize a $200 million Line of Credit (LoC) for Angola’s defence modernization program. | 4. Pakistan’s federal government is getting ready to pass the 27th Constitutional Amendment, which some fear could give the military a lot more power. | 5. The Ministry of Steel has given the green light for a slurry pipeline to be built to help with the forthcoming ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel (AM/NS) project in Anakapalle, Andhra Pradesh. The Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEF) gave the project the green light barely a week ago. The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has given Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd. the green light to sell its generic version of Dasatinib tablets, which are used to treat several types of blood cancer. | 8. Reports say that “Google” wants to build a big “artificial intelligence (AI) data centre” on “Christmas Island,” a remote Australian territory in the Indian Ocean.
