| 1. The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Conservation Congress will be the formal start of India’s first Red List of Endangered Species. | 2. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started a number of programs for young people that are valued more than ₹62,000 crore. The goal of these programs is to improve education, skill development, and business ownership in India. The launch happened at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi at the Kaushal Deekshant Samaroha. | 3. In 2025, the Government of Goa started the “Mhaje Ghar” Yojana to make sure that residences on government and community land were legal. Union Home Minister Amit Shah opened the program at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium in Taleigao. The plan gives long-term residents ownership rights and fixes legal problems with housing. Along with this, projects worth more than ₹2,452 crores were started all over Goa. | 4. Mission Sudarshan Chakra is helping India improve its air defence systems. The goal of this massive project is to build a multilayered air defence shield throughout the country by 2035. It will connect thousands of radars, satellites, and directed energy weapons (DEWs) into one network. | 5. India’s camel population is going down quickly. The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying is working on the National Camel Sustainability Initiative (NCSI) to fix this. The goal of this endeavour is to bring back the number of camels and their economic and ecological roles.
