1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two-day visit to Brazil from the 13th of this month to attend the 11th BRICS Summit in Brasilia.The theme of the Summit this year is “Economic Growth for an Innovative Future”.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी ब्राझिलिया येथे 11 व्या ब्रिक्स शिखर परिषदेत भाग घेण्यासाठी या महिन्याच्या 13 तारखेपासून ब्राझीलच्या दोन दिवसांच्या दौर्‍यावर आहेत. यावर्षी या परिषदेचा विषय म्हणजे “नाविन्यपूर्ण भविष्यासाठी आर्थिक प्रगती”.

2. The Georgetown University’s Institute for Women, Peace and Security (GIWPS) has released its second report on Women, Peace, and Security Index. India, on the whole, is ranked at 133 out of 167 countries with an index score of 0.625.
जॉर्जटाउन युनिव्हर्सिटी इन्स्टिट्यूट फॉर वुमन, पीस अँड सिक्युरिटीने (जीआयडब्ल्यूपीएस) महिला, शांती आणि सुरक्षा निर्देशांकावर आपला दुसरा अहवाल जाहीर केला आहे. भारत  0.625 गुणांसह 167 देशांपैकी133 व्या स्थानावर आहे.

3. The Reserve Bank has imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on prepaid payment instrument Oxigen Services.The move was taken in exercise of powers vested under Section 30 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, for non-compliance of regulatory guidelines.
रिझर्व्ह बँकेने प्रीपेड पेमेंट इन्स्ट्रुमेंट ऑक्सिजन सर्व्हिसेसवर 5 लाखांचा दंड ठोठावला आहे. नियामक मार्गदर्शक सूचनांचे पालन न केल्याबद्दल पेमेंट & सेटलमेंट सिस्टम अ‍ॅक्ट 2007 च्या कलमच्या अंतर्गत निहित अधिकारांचा वापर करून ही कारवाई केली गेली.

4. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, the private general insurer launched the industry’s first mobile app ‘Farmitra’ catering to the specific needs of farmers.
खासगी जनरल इन्शुरन्स कंपनी बजाज अलियान्झ जनरल इन्शुरन्सने शेतकच्या विशिष्ट गरजा पूर्ण करण्यासाठी उद्योगाचे पहिले मोबाइल ॲप ‘फर्मित्र’ लॉंच केले.

6. Indian Railways launched three applications for all-India rollout to strengthen the IT enablement of railways will help ensure proper monitoring of projects being undertaken by Indian Railways and will boost the vision of Digital India.
आयटी सक्षम करण्याच्या दृष्टीने भारतीय रेल्वेने अखिल भारतीय रोलआउटसाठी तीन अनुप्रयोग सुरू केले असून यामुळे भारतीय रेल्वेमार्फत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या प्रकल्पांचे योग्य निरीक्षण करणे आणि डिजिटल इंडियाची दृष्टी वाढण्यास मदत होईल.

7. Maharashtra topped India’s first-ever ranking of states on justice delivery. Top Positions Reached by the Different States Kerala and Tamil Nadu follow Maharashtra.

8. India will host the No Money For Terror conference to be held in 2020. The announcement made at the No Money For Terror conference in Melbourne, Australia.
