1. Kosovo’s parliament has elected former parliament speaker Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu as the country’s new president.
कोसोवोच्या संसदेने संसदेचे माजी सभापती व्होसा उस्मानी-सद्रियू यांना देशाचे नवे अध्यक्ष म्हणून निवडले आहे.

2. Former Gujarat DGP Shabir Hussein Shekhadam Khandwawala has taken over from Ajit Singh as the head of the BCCI’s Anti-Corruption Unit.
गुजरातचे माजी डीजीपी शबीर हुसेन शेखदम खंडवावाला यांनी अजित सिंग यांच्याकडून बीसीसीआयच्या लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाचे प्रमुख म्हणून पदभार स्वीकारला आहे.

3. The Finance Ministry said banks have sanctioned Rs 25,586 crore to about 1,14,322 beneficiaries under the Stand Up India Scheme in the last five years for promoting entrepreneurship among women and SC & STs.
अर्थ मंत्रालयाने म्हटले आहे की महिला आणि अनुसूचित जमाती व अनुसूचित जमातीमधील उद्योजकतेला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी बँकांनी गेल्या पाच वर्षात स्टँड अप इंडिया योजनेंतर्गत सुमारे 1,14,322 लाभार्थ्यांना 25,586 कोटी रुपये मंजूर केले आहेत.

4. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released the “Consumer Confidence Survey” report. The survey was conducted among more than 5,000 respondents in major cities in the country.
रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाने (RBI) ‘ग्राहक विश्वास सर्वेक्षण’ अहवाल प्रसिद्ध केला. देशातील प्रमुख शहरांमध्ये 5,000 हून अधिक प्रतिसादकर्त्यांमध्ये हे सर्वेक्षण करण्यात आले.

5. The Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare recently launched a tribal health cooperative called “Anamaya”.

6. Cantral Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar launched the Madhukranti portal and NAFED’s Honey Corners to promote the Honey Mission of India.

7. The DRDO has developed advanced Chaff Technology to protect the naval ships from enemy missile attacks.

10. Former Union Environment Minister and MLA from Gujarat’s Wankaner Digvijaysinh Zala passed away at the age of 88.
माजी केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्री आणि गुजरातच्या वांकनेरचे आमदार दिग्विजयसिंह झा यांचे वयाच्या 88 व्या वर्षी निधन झाले.
