1. The Creditor-led Insolvency Resolution Mechanism is a proposed system to resolve insolvency cases that aims to reduce delays in the process and address the challenges faced by the current system. This new mechanism is designed to give more power to the creditors and allow them to play a more active role in the resolution process. It is expected to help in faster resolution of cases, which will help in reducing the legal challenges and shortage of NCLT benches.
