1. Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) of O P Jindal Global University (JGU) has signed a MoU with Cornell Law School, New York, allowing the students of JGLS to pursue a dual degree programme.
जिंदाल ग्लोबल लॉ स्कूल (जेजीएलएस) ओ पी जींदाल ग्लोबल युनिव्हर्सिटी (जेजीयू) ने कॉर्नेल लॉ स्कूल, न्यू यॉर्कसह एक सामंजस्य करारावर स्वाक्षरी केली आहे. जे.जी.एल.एस.च्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी ड्युअल डिग्री प्रोग्राम सुरू करण्याची परवानगी दिली आहे.

माजी गुप्तचर विभाग (आयबी) संचालक, दिनेश चंद्रनाथ यांचे निधन झाले.

4. Uma Shankar, chief general manager (CGM) in charge of the Reserve Bank of India’s financial inclusion and development department has taken over as executive director (ED) in the central bank.
रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाच्या आर्थिक समावेशन आणि विकास विभागाचे प्रमुख महाव्यवस्थापक उमा शंकर यांनी केंद्रीय बँकेतील कार्यकारी संचालक (ईडी) म्हणून पदभार स्वीकारला आहे.

5. Senior IAS officer Pradeep Singh Kharola took charge as the Chairman and Managing Director of Air India.

8. A unit of China Three Gorges Corp. is building a 1 billion yuan ($151 million) floating solar power plant, the world’s biggest, in the nation’s eastern province of Anhui.
चीन थ्री गॉर्जिस कार्पोरेशनच्या एका युनिटने 1 अब्ज युआन ($ 151 दशलक्ष) तरंगत्या सौरऊर्जा प्रकल्पाची उभारणी केली आहे, जी जगातील सर्वात मोठी, अनहुईच्या पूर्व प्रांतामध्ये आहे.

9. Union Shipping and Ports Minister Nitin Gadkari confirmed 24 companies have offered to invest over 60,000 crore rupees in a special economic zone adjoining the country’s largest container port Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust.
देशातील सर्वात मोठी कंटेनर पोर्ट जवाहरलाल नेहरू पोर्ट ट्रस्टच्या सहभागास असलेल्या एका विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्रात 60 कंपन्यांनी 60 हजार कोटी रुपयांची गुंतवणूक करण्याची ऑफर दिली आहे, अशी माहिती केंद्रीय जहाजबांधणी आणि पोर्ट्स मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांनी दिली.

10. Lalji Singh, a pioneer of DNA fingerprinting technology in India and former Vice-Chancellor of Benares Hindu University, BHU (2011 to 2014), passed away at the age of 70.
भारतातील डीएनए फिंगरप्रिंटिंग तंत्रज्ञानाचे एक अग्रणी आणि बनारस हिंदू विद्यापीठाचे माजी कुलगुरू लालजीसिंग, बीएचयू (2011 ते 2014), 70 वर्षांच्या वयात निधन झाले.
