1. According to the Henley Passport Index, Japan has retained its top spot as the world’s most powerful passport this year, with its citizens able to enter 190 countries without requiring a visa. India’s passport was ranked 79th, having visa-free access to 61 destinations.
हेनले पासपोर्ट निर्देशांकानुसार, जपानने 190 देशांमध्ये व्हिसाची आवश्यकता न घेता जपानने जगातील सर्वात शक्तिशाली पासपोर्ट म्हणून आपले स्थान राखले आहे. भारतातील पासपोर्ट 79 व्हिसा-मुक्त प्रवेशासह 61 व्या स्थानावर स्थानावर आहे.

 2. The Union Cabinet has approved India’s Currency Swap Agreement with Japan. The $75 billion bilateral currency swap arrangement is a milestone in mutual economic cooperation and special strategic and global partnership between two countries.
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने जपानबरोबर भारतातील करन्सी स्वॅप करार मंजूर केला आहे. 75 अब्ज डॉलर्सचे द्विपक्षीय चलन स्वॅप व्यवस्था आपोआप आर्थिक सहकार्यामध्ये आणि दोन देशांमधील विशेष रणनीतिक आणि जागतिक भागीदारीतील एक मैलाचा दगड आहे.

3. The Union Environment Minister Harsh Vardhan launched the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP). The programme aims to tackle the challenge of increasing pollution in the cities and towns.
केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्री हर्षवर्धन यांनी राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ वायु कार्यक्रम (एनसीएपी) सुरू केला. शहरे आणि शहरे यामध्ये प्रदूषण वाढविण्याच्या आव्हानाचा सामना करणे हा या कार्यक्रमाचा उद्देश आहे.

4. The Minister for Electronics and IT (MeitY) Ravi Shankar Prasad inaugurated the National Informatics Centre (NIC)’s Command and Control Centre (CCC) and its Centre for Excellence in Artificial Intelligence.
इलेक्ट्रानिक्स व आयटी (मेटीवाय) रविशंकर प्रसाद यांनी राष्ट्रीय सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र (एनआयसी) च्या कमांड अँड कंट्रोल सेंटर (सीसीसी) आणि त्याच्या सेंटर फॉर एक्सीलेंस इन आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजन्सचे उद्घाटन केले.

5. The Union Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the setting up of a three new AIIMS institutions. The three new institutions would come up at Vijaynagar at Samba of Jammu Region, Awantipora in Pulwama of Kashmir Region and Rajkot in Gujarat undee the pradhan mantri swasthya suraksha yojana.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने तीन नवीन एम्स संस्थानांची स्थापना करण्यास मान्यता दिली आहे. तीन नवीन संस्था जम्मू क्षेत्रातील सांबा येथे विजयनगर येथे, काश्मीर प्रदेशच्या पुलवामा येथे अवंतीपुरा आणि गुजरात राजकोट पंतप्रधान प्रधान स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजनेअंतर्गत येणार आहेत.

6. Ajit Mohan officially took over as Facebook India’s new Vice President and MD.
अजीत मोहन यांनी अधिकृतपणे फेसबुक इंडियाचे नवीन उपाध्यक्ष व व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक म्हणून पदभार स्वीकारला आहे.

7. The Reserve Bank of India has made changes with the Gold Monetisation Scheme (GMS) to allow charitable institutions, central government entities and state government entities to deposit gold under GMS.
धर्मादाय संस्था, केंद्रीय सरकारी संस्था आणि राज्य सरकारी संस्था जीएमएस अंतर्गत सोन्यासाठी परवानगी देण्यास भारतीय रिजर्व बँकेने सोन्याचे मुद्रीकरण योजना (जीएमएस) मध्ये बदल केले आहेत.

8. Alok Verma appointed as Director General, Fire Services, Civil Defence and Home Guards.
आलोक वर्मा यांना फायर सर्व्हिसेस, सिव्हिल डिफेन्स अँड होम गार्डस म्हणून महासंचालक म्हणून नियुक्त करण्यात आले आहे.

9. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the four-laning of Solapur-Osmanabad section of NH-211, underground sewerage system and three sewage treatment plants developed at an investment of ₹1,100 crore in Maharashtra.
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी NH 211, सोलापूर-उस्मानाबाद विभाग, भूमिगत सीवरेज सिस्टीम आणि महाराष्ट्रातील 1,100 कोटी रुपयांच्या गुंतवणूकीत विकसित केलेल्या तीन सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांटचे चार-लॅनिंग लॉंच केले आहे.

10. India’s Mary Kom becomes world’s top woman boxer.
