This means that high-value cross-border tax disputes will continue to be enforced. भारताच्या सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने असा स्पष्ट निर्णय दिला आहे की, भारतीय आयकर विभाग ‘टायगर ग्लोबल मॅनेजमेंट’ (Tiger Global Management) विरुद्धची आपली पुनर्मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया पुढे चालू ठेवू शकतो. अधिकाऱ्यांनी हे स्पष्ट केले आहे की, ‘सामान्य कर-चुकवेगिरी प्रतिबंधक नियमां’ (GAAR) अंतर्गत कर नियमांमध्ये अलीकडेच करण्यात आलेल्या बदलांमुळे, या निकालाचा प्रभाव कमी होणार नाही. याचा अर्थ असा की, आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील (cross-border) उच्च मूल्याचे कर-विषयक वाद आणि त्यासंबंधीच्या अंमलबजावणीची प्रक्रिया यापुढेही सुरूच राहील. |
