5. Asian Development Bank (ADB) has bought a 14% stake in micro-financier Annapurna Finance for Rs 137 crore.

6. Ministry of Defence has signed the U.S. for 72,400 SIG716 assault rifles for front-line soldiers deployed in operational areas.

8. State-owned power giant NTPC announced that it has signed a term loan agreement for Rs 5,000 crore with State Bank of India. The loan facility is extended at an interest rate linked to 3-Month MCLR of the Bank.
राज्य सरकारी मालकीची NTPC  कंपनीने जाहीर केले की स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडियासोबत 5,000 कोटी रुपयांचा टर्म लोन करार केला आहे. बँकेच्या 3-एमसी एमसीएलआरशी जोडलेल्या व्याज दराने कर्ज सुविधा वाढविण्यात आली आहे.

9. India’s largest telecom operator Vodafone Idea Ltd board has appointed Suresh Vaswani as an independent director for three years.
