1. India celebrates the birthday of Sarojini Naidu as National Women’s Day every February 13th.

2. Every year February 13th is celebrated as World Radio Day. UNESCO celebrates this day.
दरवर्षी 13 फेब्रुवारी हा जागतिक आकाशवाणी दिन म्हणून साजरा केला जातो. युनेस्कोने हा दिवस साजरा केला.

3. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced that it will increase air travel fares on February 11, 2021.
नागरी उड्डयन महासंचालनालयाने (डीजीसीए) घोषणा केली की ते 11 फेब्रुवारी 2021 रोजी विमान प्रवासी भाड्यात वाढवतील.

4. The Reserve Bank of India announced that the Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) will provide USD 400 million for the Maldives project. It will provide funding for the “Great Male Connection” project.
रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाने जाहीर केले की मालदीव प्रकल्पासाठी भारतीय निर्यात-आयात बँक (एक्झिम बँक) 400 दशलक्ष डॉलर्सची तरतूद करेल. हे “ग्रेट नर कनेक्शन” प्रकल्पासाठी अर्थसहाय्य प्रदान करेल.

5. The Technical Information, Forecasting and Assessment Committee (TIFAC) has launched a job portal called SAKSHAM to map workers’ skills in accordance with MSME requirements. It also initiated a seaweed cultivation mission.

6. The Karnataka government notified that Vijayanagara City has officially become the 31st district of Karnataka. The headquarters of the region is located in Hosapete.

7. The Indian Railways launched the “Meri Saheli” initiative, focusing on women’s safety, with the aim of providing safety for female passengers travelling by train.

10. The New Delhi National Marathon 2021, a qualification event for the Tokyo Olympics and recognised by Athletics Federation of India, will be held in New Delhi on March 7.
