1. The Rajasthan Assembly unanimously passed a Bill giving 5% reservation in government jobs and education to Gujjars and four other nomadic communities. Gujjars are a pastoral agricultural ethnic group with populations in India, Pakistan, and a small number in northeastern Afghanistan
राजस्थान विधानसभेने गुज्जर आणि इतर चार भटक्या समुदायांना सरकारी नोकर्यांमध्ये व  शिक्षणामध्ये 5% आरक्षणाचे विधेयक मंजूर केले. गुज्जर हे भारत, पाकिस्तान, आणि उत्तर-पूर्व अफगाणिस्तानात अल्पसंख्याक असलेले एक खेडूत कृषी जातीचे समूह आहेत.

5. The government has introduced the Registartion of Marriage of Non-Resident Indian Bill,2019 in the Parliament. The bill was introduced by the Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj in the Rajya Sabha.
सरकारने संसदेत अनिवासी भारतीय विधेयक 2019 च्या विवाह नोंदणीचे विधेयक मंजूर केले. राज्यसभेत परराष्ट्र व्यवहार मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज यांनी हा विधेयक सादर केला.

6. The Centre has decided to set up a national law university in Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Trivendra Singh Rawat has announced that the national law university will be opened in Uttarakhand.
उत्तराखंडमध्ये राष्ट्रीय कायदा विद्यापीठाची स्थापना करण्याचे केंद्र सरकारने ठरविले आहे. उत्तराखंडचे मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत यांनी जाहीर केले आहे की उत्तराखंडमध्ये राष्ट्रीय कायदा विद्यापीठ उघडले जाईल.

7. In a boost to public transport in the Patna, the centre approved the Patna Metro Rail project comprising of two corridors.
पटनातील सार्वजनिक वाहतुकीस चालना देण्यासाठी केंद्राने पटना मेट्रो रेल्वे प्रकल्पाला मंजुरी दिली आहे.

8. Ashwani Lohani, a retired bureaucrat, has been appointed the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of national carrier Air India in New Delhi.
निवृत्त अश्विनी लोहानी यांना नवी दिल्लीतील राष्ट्रीय वाहक एअर इंडियाचे अध्यक्ष व व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक (सीएमडी) नियुक्त केले गेले आहे.

9. The last session of 16th Lok Sabha came to an end on 13th of February 2019. Giving the details for the tenure of 16th Lok Sabha, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narendra Singh Tomar informed that there were a total number of 331 sittings for Lok Sabha. 205 bills were passed and the productivity was 85%. For Rajya Sabha, 154 bills were passed and the productivity was 68%.
16 व्या लोकसभेचे शेवटचे सत्र 13 फेब्रुवारी 2019 रोजी संपले. 16 व्या लोकसभेच्या कार्यकाळासाठी तपशील देताना संसदीय कामकाज मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर यांनी माहिती दिली की,लोकसभेत एकूण 331 बैठकी झाल्या. 205 विधेयक मंजूर झाले आणि उत्पादनक्षमता 85% होती. राज्यसभेसाठी 154 विधेयक मंजूर झाले आणि उत्पादनक्षमता 68% होती.

10. German scientist Manfred Eigen, who jointly won the 1967 Nobel Prize for Chemistry, passed away aged 91.
1967 साली संयुक्तपणे रसायनशास्त्रासाठी नोबेल पारितोषिक विजेते जर्मन शास्त्रज्ञ मॅनफ्रेड इजेन यांचे निधन झाले आहे. ते  91 वर्षांचे होते.
