1. The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Ayush are collaborating to organize the pioneering Global Summit on Traditional Medicine. This event is scheduled to take place on August 17-18, 2023, in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
जागतिक आरोग्य संघटना (WHO) आणि आयुष मंत्रालय पारंपारिक औषधांवरील अग्रगण्य जागतिक शिखर परिषदेचे आयोजन करण्यासाठी सहकार्य करत आहेत. हा कार्यक्रम 17-18 ऑगस्ट 2023 रोजी गांधीनगर, गुजरात येथे होणार आहे.

2. The Ministry of Coal conducted a Hackathon in collaboration with CMPDI (Central Mine Planning and Design Institute) to foster innovation in the coal and lignite sector, in line with the “Make in India” initiative.
कोळसा मंत्रालयाने “मेक इन इंडिया” उपक्रमाच्या अनुषंगाने कोळसा आणि लिग्नाईट क्षेत्रात नाविन्यपूर्णतेला चालना देण्यासाठी CMPDI (सेंट्रल माइन प्लॅनिंग अँड डिझाइन इन्स्टिट्यूट) च्या सहकार्याने हॅकाथॉनचे आयोजन केले.

3. The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) Secretary, Shri Alkesh Kumar Sharma, inaugurated the ‘Graphene-Aurora Program’ at Maker Village Kochi, Kerala.
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स आणि माहिती तंत्रज्ञान मंत्रालय (MeitY) सचिव, श्री अल्केश कुमार शर्मा यांनी केरळमधील मेकर व्हिलेज कोची येथे ‘ग्राफीन-अरोरा प्रोग्राम’चे उद्घाटन केले.

4. India’s Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft, launched on July 14, has achieved its third lunar orbit reduction, transitioning from a highly-elliptical orbit to a near-circular orbit around the Moon.
14 जुलै रोजी प्रक्षेपित झालेल्या भारताच्या चांद्रयान-3 अंतराळ यानाने तिसरे चंद्राच्या कक्षेत घट साध्य केली आहे, उच्च-लंबवर्तुळाकार कक्षेतून चंद्राभोवती जवळच्या वर्तुळाकार कक्षेत संक्रमण केले आहे.

5. A recent study published by the American Chemical Society has unveiled a startling revelation: microplastics, particles smaller than five millimeters, have been detected within the human heart.
अमेरिकन केमिकल सोसायटीने नुकत्याच प्रकाशित केलेल्या अभ्यासात एक धक्कादायक खुलासा झाला आहे: मायक्रोप्लास्टिक्स, पाच मिलिमीटरपेक्षा लहान कण मानवी हृदयात आढळून आले आहेत.

6. Researchers have recently identified two previously unknown mole species, namely Talpa hakkariensis and Talpa davidiana tatvanensis. These moles are believed to have inhabited the mountainous regions of eastern Turkey for an astonishing three million years.
संशोधकांनी अलीकडेच दोन पूर्वीच्या अज्ञात तीळ प्रजाती ओळखल्या आहेत, म्हणजे तळपा हक्केरिएन्सिस आणि तालपा डेविडियाना टॅटवेनेन्सिस. असे मानले जाते की हे मोल्स पूर्व तुर्कीच्या डोंगराळ प्रदेशात आश्चर्यकारकपणे तीन दशलक्ष वर्षांपासून वास्तव्य करतात.
