| 1. Indian movies have made a big splash on the world stage with Neeraj Ghaywan’s “Homebound” moving up in the race for the Oscars 2026. The 98th Academy Awards have chosen the movie, which stars Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa, as one of the best international feature films. This news means that “Homebound” is now one of the last 15 films chosen from submissions from 86 countries. नीरज घायवान यांच्या ‘होमबाउंड’ चित्रपटाने ऑस्कर २०२६ च्या शर्यतीत आगेकूच केल्यामुळे भारतीय चित्रपटांनी जागतिक स्तरावर मोठी छाप पाडली आहे. ९८व्या अकादमी पुरस्कारांसाठी, ईशान खट्टर आणि विशाल जेठवा यांची भूमिका असलेल्या या चित्रपटाची सर्वोत्कृष्ट आंतरराष्ट्रीय फीचर फिल्म म्हणून निवड करण्यात आली आहे. या बातमीचा अर्थ असा आहे की, ८६ देशांमधून आलेल्या प्रवेशिकांमधून निवडलेल्या शेवटच्या १५ चित्रपटांमध्ये ‘होमबाउंड’चा समावेश झाला आहे. हे दर्शवते की हा चित्रपट जगभरातील लोकांशी किती चांगल्या प्रकारे जोडला जातो आणि एक कलाकृती म्हणून तो किती उत्कृष्ट आहे. |

| 4. The National Highways Authority of India has built India’s first road that is safe for wildlife on National Highway 45 in Madhya Pradesh.
