1. The 15th Conference of Parties (COP15) to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) held in Montreal in December 2022 adopted the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
डिसेंबर 2022 मध्ये मॉन्ट्रियल येथे झालेल्या संयुक्त राष्ट्रांच्या जैविक विविधतेच्या (CBD) परिषदेच्या 15 व्या कॉन्फरन्स ऑफ पार्टीज (COP15) मध्ये कुनमिंग-मॉन्ट्रियल ग्लोबल जैवविविधता फ्रेमवर्क (GBF) स्वीकारण्यात आले.

2. The Cyberspace Administration of China, the country’s cyberspace watchdog, is rolling out new regulations to restrict the use of deep synthesis technology and curb disinformation.

3. The Parliament has passed the Energy Conservation (Amendment) Bill, 2022 in order to establish Carbon Markets in India and specify a Carbon Trading Scheme.
