1. U.S. based ride-hailing firm Uber has appointed Pradeep Parameswaran as new President of India and South Asia.
उबरने प्रदीप परमेश्वरन यांना भारत आणि दक्षिण आशियाचे नवीन अध्यक्ष म्हणून नियुक्त केले आहे.

2. Today World Refugee Day is observed in many countries
आज (20 जून) जागतिक शरणार्थी दिन म्हणून अनेक देशांमध्ये साजरा केला जातो.

3. US scientists have unveiled the world’s most powerful and smartest scientific supercomputer named “Summit” that can complete over 200,000 trillion calculations per second. This supercomputer called Summit will be eight times more powerful than its previous top-ranked system, Titan.
अमेरिकेतील शास्त्रज्ञांनी “समिट” नावाच्या जगातील सर्वात शक्तिशाली आणि हुशार वैज्ञानिक सुपर कॉम्प्युटरचे अनावरण केले आहे जे प्रति सेकंद 200,000 ट्रिलियन गणिते पूर्ण करू शकते. समिट म्हणून ओळखले जाणारे हे सुपरकॉम्पर त्याच्या मागील टॉप-श्रेणीकृत प्रणालीपेक्षा आठ पट जास्त शक्तिशाली असेल.
