1. National Mathematics Day is observed on 22 December every year to mark the birth anniversary of legendary Indian mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujan and his contributions in the field of mathematics.
प्रख्यात भारतीय गणितज्ञ श्रीनिवास रामानुजन यांची जयंती आणि गणिताच्या क्षेत्रातील योगदानाच्या निमित्ताने दरवर्षी 22 डिसेंबर रोजी राष्ट्रीय गणिताचा दिवस साजरा केला जातो.

2. Chief Justice of India SA Bobde constituted a panel of two Supreme Court judges to speed up sexual assault cases that remain stalled in courts across the country.

3. Asian Development Bank, ADB and Government of India signed a 490 million dollars loan for public-private partnership PPP project.

5. Union minister Nitin Gadkari takes plans to take khadi and village industries turnover to Rs 2 trillion in the next five years from Rs 75,000 crore at present.

6. Ethiopia launched its first satellite, a landmark achievement for the country’s space program that caps a banner year for the African space industry.

8. Union Minister of State for Shipping (IC) and Chemical & Fertilizers Shri Mansukh Mandaviya handed over the Citizenship certificates issued by the Government of India to 07 Pakistani refugees in Kutch, Gujarat.

9. The Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP) has been recognised formally by the National Department of Regulation of Medicines and Health Products of the Ministry of Public Health of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
इस्लामिक रिपब्लीक ऑफ अफगाणिस्तानच्या सार्वजनिक आरोग्य मंत्रालयाच्या राष्ट्रीय नियमन आणि औषधी उत्पादनांच्या नियामक विभागाने इंडियन फार्माकोपीया (IP) ला औपचारिक मान्यता दिली आहे.
