6. In Ukraine, comedian and political newcomer Volodymyr Zelensky has apparently secured a landslide victory in the Presidential election.

7. India ranked at 17th position among 100 countries in 2018, from the 37th spot in 2017 in the Startup Ecosystem Ranking for 2019 as per the data released by StartupBlink.
स्टार्टअप इकोसिस्टम रँकिंगमध्ये स्टार्टअपब्लिंकने जारी केलेल्या आकडेवारीनुसार 2018 मध्ये 100 पैकी भारत 17 व्या स्थानावर आहे. 2017 मध्ये भारत 37व्या स्थानावर होता.

8.  Malayalam film Bhayanakam (Fear) which was directed by Jayaraj won the best cinematography award at the Beijing International Film Festival and had also won the best cinematography award at the 65th National Film Awards.

10. Noted Bengali folk singer Amar Pal died in Kolkata after a prolonged illness. He was 96.
बंगाली लोक गायिक अमर पाल यांचे दीर्घकालीन आजारानंतर कोलकातामध्ये निधन झाले. ते  96 वर्षांचे होते.
