1. Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar released the Status of Leopard in India 2018 report. Leopard population increases by 60 per cent in the country.

2. Government has decided to constitute a High Level Committee to commemorate the 125th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

3. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch ‘SEHAT’ – Health Insurance Scheme for the entire Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

6. The Union Communications Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad and MOS for Communications and Electronics & IT, Sanjay Shamrao Dhotre awarded the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Telecom Skills Excellence Awards. The award was established by the Ministry of Telecommunications in 2017 to stimulate the telecom skills ecosystem.
