1. The Government of India and the Germany Development Bank – KFW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) signed a Euro 442.26 million loan for Surat Metro Rail project.

2. India and Vietnam signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) towards promoting scientific and technical cooperation in marine science and ecology.
