4. IIT-Bombay has developed a homegrown receiver chip – Dhruva -that can be used in smartphones and navigation devices to find locations and routes within the country.

5. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has adopted a resolution calling upon Myanmar to create conditions for the voluntary, safe, dignified and sustainable return of Rohingyas and all forcibly displaced persons.
संयुक्त राष्ट्रांच्या शरणार्थी उच्चायुक्त (UNHCR) यांनी म्यानमारला रोहिंग्या व सर्व जबरदस्तीने विस्थापित झालेल्या लोकांच्या ऐच्छिक, सुरक्षित, सन्माननीय व शाश्वत परताव्यासाठी परिस्थिती निर्माण करण्याचे आवाहन करण्याचा ठराव मंजूर केला आहे.

7. Cipla Ltd has announced the launch of its generic version of antiviral drug Remdesivir for emergency use in the treatment of the COVID-19 patients.

8. India is participating at the Cannes Film Festival 2020. The film festival began with the e-inauguration of the Virtual India Pavilion by Union Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar. The Festival will be held from 22-26 June 2020.
कांस फिल्म फेस्टिव्हल 2020 मध्ये भारत सहभागी होत आहे. केंद्रीय माहिती व प्रसारण मंत्रालय प्रकाश जावडेकर यांच्या आभासी इंडिया मंडपाच्या ई-उद्घाटनानंतर या चित्रपटाच्या महोत्सवाची सुरुवात झाली. हा महोत्सव 22-26 जून 2020 दरम्यान आयोजित केला जाईल.

9. The annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony for film and television has been postponed to February 2021.

10. Major General (Retd) Lachhman Singh Lehl, who commanded the 20 Mountain Division of the Army that exhibited massive courage and valour during the 1971 Indo-Pak war, has died aged 97 in Delhi.
1971 च्या भारत-पाक युद्धाच्या वेळी मोठ्या प्रमाणात धैर्य व पराक्रम दाखविणाऱ्या सैन्याच्या 20 माउंटन डिव्हिजन कमांडर असलेल्या मेजर जनरल (निवृत्त) लच्छ्मणसिंग लेहल यांचे दिल्लीत निधन झाले.  ते 97 वर्षांचे होते.
