1. Devendra Fadnavis took oath as the Maharashtra Chief Minister. Ajit Pawar took oath as the Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister. The Maha Vikas Aagadhi alliance appeared poised to form government up until late last night. Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari administered the oath to the two leaders.
देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी महाराष्ट्राच्या मुख्यमंत्रिपदाची शपथ घेतली. अजित पवार यांनी महाराष्ट्र उपमुख्यमंत्री म्हणून शपथ घेतली. रात्री उशिरापर्यंत महा विकास आघाडी युती सरकार स्थापन करण्याच्या तयारीत होती. महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल भगतसिंग कोश्यारी यांनी दोन्ही नेत्यांना शपथ दिली.

भारतातील पहिले सर्वात मोठे जैवतंत्रज्ञान भागधारक. ग्लोबल बायो-इंडिया (जीबीआय) समिट, 2019 चा समारोप झाला. बायोटेक्नॉलॉजी विभाग (DBT), भारत सरकारचे विज्ञान आणि तंत्रज्ञान मंत्रालय आणि सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रातील उपक्रम, बायोटेक्नॉलॉजी उद्योग संशोधन सहाय्य परिषद (BIRAC) यांच्यातर्फे आयोजित तीन दिवसीय कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन केले होते.

3. Union health minister Harsh Vardhan introduced a bill in the Lok Sabha that seeks to prohibit the production, manufacture, import, export, transport, sale, distribution, storage, and advertisement of electronic cigarettes. The Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export, Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Bill, 2019, is aimed at protecting people from the harmful effects of e-cigarettes.
केंद्रीय आरोग्यमंत्री हर्षवर्धन यांनी लोकसभेत एक विधेयक आणले ज्यामध्ये इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सिगारेटचे उत्पादन, उत्पादन, आयात, निर्यात, वाहतूक, विक्री, वितरण, साठवण आणि जाहिरात करण्यास मनाई केली जावी. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सिगरेट्सचे निषिद्ध (उत्पादन, उत्पादन, आयात, निर्यात, वाहतूक, विक्री, वितरण, संग्रहण आणि जाहिरात) विधेयक २०१ 2019, ई-सिगारेटच्या हानिकारक प्रभावापासून लोकांना संरक्षण देणे आहे.

4. Reserve Bank of India enhanced the scope of Special Non-resident Rupee'(SNRR) by allowing persons residing outside India to open such accounts for purposes like external commercial borrowing and trade credit in INR.
रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियाने भारताबाहेर राहणाऱ्या व्यक्तींना आयएनआरमध्ये बाह्य व्यावसायिक उधार आणि व्यापार पत या उद्देशाने अशी खाती उघडण्याची परवानगी देऊन विशेष अनिवासी रुपया (SNRR) ची व्याप्ती वाढविली आहे.

5. First woman pilot of Indian Navy will join Naval operations on December 2.
2 नोव्हेंबर रोजी भारतीय नौदलाची पहिली महिला पायलट नौदलाच्या ऑपरेशन्स मध्ये सामील होईल.

6. The Karnataka government issued a notification enabling women to work in night shifts in factories.
कर्नाटक सरकारने महिलांना कारखान्यात रात्रीच्या शिफ्टमध्ये काम करण्यास सक्षम बनविणारी अधिसूचना जारी केली.

10. Mahinda Rajapaksa took oath as Sri Lanka’s new Prime Minister after Ranil Wickremesinghe resigned as the PM.
रानिल विक्रमसिंघे यांनी पंतप्रधानपदाचा राजीनामा दिल्यानंतर महिंदा राजपक्षे यांनी श्रीलंकेचे नवीन पंतप्रधान म्हणून शपथ घेतली.
