2. India successfully carried out the final trial of the third generation, anti-tank guided missile ‘NAG’, from the Pokhran field firing ranges in Rajasthan.
राजस्थानमधील पोखरण फील्ड फायरिंग रेंजमधून तिसऱ्या जनरेशन मधील अँटी-टँक गाईडेड क्षेपणास्त्र ‘NAG’ ची अंतिम चाचणी भारताने यशस्वीरीत्या पार पाडली.

3. The Union Minister of State for Culture and Tourism Shri Prahlad Singh Patel launched ‘Life in Miniature’ project.

4. The Asan Conservation Reserve in Uttarakhand has become the first Ramsar site in the state, giving it the status of ‘Wetland of International Importance’.
उत्तराखंडमधील आसन संवर्धन राखीव हे राज्यातील पहिले रामसर स्थळ बनले असून, त्याला ‘आंतरराष्ट्रीय महत्त्वातील वेटलँड’ चा दर्जा देण्यात आला आहे.

5. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched ‘YSR Bima’, a scheme to provide financial assistance through insurance cover to beneficiary in case of death or accident of their families members.
आंध्र प्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री वाय.एस. जगन मोहन रेड्डी यांनी ‘वायएसआर बिमा’ ही योजना सुरू केली असून लाभार्थींना त्यांच्या कुटुंबातील सदस्यांचा मृत्यू किंवा दुर्घटना झाल्यास विमा संरक्षण योजनेद्वारे आर्थिक मदत दिली जाईल.

6. Minister of Housing & Urban Affairs (Hardeep Singh Puri) launched the e-Dharti Geo Portal on October 21, 2020. GoI e-Dharti portal will integrate map and also lease plans in the Management Information System (MIS). It will make the system Geographic Information System (GIS) enabled.
गृहनिर्माण व शहरी कार्यमंत्री (हरदीपसिंग पुरी) यांनी 21 ऑक्टोबर 2020 रोजी ई-धरती जिओ पोर्टल लॉन्च केले. भारत ई-धरती पोर्टल नकाशा समाकलित करेल आणि व्यवस्थापन माहिती प्रणालीत (MIS) योजना भाड्याने देईल. हे सिस्टम भौगोलिक माहिती प्रणाली (GIS) सक्षम करेल.

7. Microsoft is joining hands with the SpaceX which is led by Elon Musk( billionaire entrepreneur). This is being done to target space customers.

8. The state government of Tamil Nadu has launched the Smart Black Board scheme in 80,000 government schools of the state.

9. Wing Commander (Retd) Dr Vijayalakshmi Ramanan, the first woman officer to be commissioned in the Indian Air Force, has passed away due to old age ailments. She was 96.
विंग कमांडर (सेवानिवृत्त) डॉ. विजयलक्ष्मी रामानन, भारतीय वायुसेनेत कमिशनर झालेल्या प्रथम महिला अधिकारी यांचे वृद्धावस्थेमुळे निधन झाले आहे. त्या 96 वर्षांच्या होत्या.

10. The renowned Assamese economist, Dr. Jayanta Madhab, has passed away due to heart ailments and diabetes. He was 91.
प्रख्यात आसामी अर्थशास्त्रज्ञ डॉ. जयंत माधब यांचे हृदयविकार आणि मधुमेहामुळे निधन झाले आहे. ते 91 वर्षांचा होते.
