2. The International Day of Multilateralism and Diplomacy for Peace is observed every year on 24 April.

3. World Immunization Week is a global public health campaign to raise awareness and increase rates of immunization against vaccine-preventable diseases around the world.It takes place each year during the last week of April i.e 24 April to 30 April.
जागतिक लसीकरण सप्ताह ही जगभरातील लसीपासून बचाव करण्यायोग्य आजारांविरूद्ध जागरूकता आणि लसीकरणाचे प्रमाण वाढविण्यासाठी जागतिक आरोग्य अभियान आहे. हे दरवर्षी एप्रिलच्या शेवटच्या आठवड्यात म्हणजे 24 एप्रिल ते 30 एप्रिल दरम्यान होते.

6. The government has decided to amend the insolvency law to suspend up to one year provisions that trigger insolvency proceedings against defaulters.

7. Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ released the alternative academic calendars at the upper primary stage (Classes VI to VIII) on 23 April. The calendars were developed by the NCERT under the guidance of the MHRD.

8. Researchers from Faridabad-based Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) has initiated a study to engineer virucidal coatings to prevent the COVID-19 Transmission.

10. Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology has approved support for upscaling antiviral nano-coatings as part of Nano Mission program.
