4. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that debit cardholders could withdraw cash from any other bank’s ATM free of charge for the next three months.

5. Union Health & Family Welfare Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan visited the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Control Room and the Testing Laboratories, against COVID-19, in New Delhi on 24 March.

6. The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) issued guidelines for timely credit of monthly Pension to the Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) pensioners.

7. Lok Sabha passed the Finance Bill 2020 on 23 March. So far, more than 40 amendments were introduced by the government to the Finance Bill, which was moved for consideration and passing by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The Bill was passed by voice vote and without discussion.
लोकसभेने 23 मार्च रोजी वित्त विधेयक 2020 मंजूर केले. आतापर्यंत सरकारने 40 पेक्षा जास्त दुरुस्ती वित्त विधेयकात आणल्या, त्या वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण यांनी विचारात घेऊन मंजूर केल्या. व्हॉईस मताद्वारे आणि चर्चेविना हे विधेयक मंजूर झाले.

8. The Central government directed all public and private companies to ensure that they do not cut the salaries of their staff during the lockdowns imposed to curtail the spread of COVID-19. The announcement was made by the Secretary of the Labour Ministry, Heeralal Samariya.
केंद्र सरकारने सर्व सार्वजनिक आणि खासगी कंपन्यांना COVID-19 च्या प्रसार रोखण्यासाठी लावण्यात आलेल्या लॉकडाऊन दरम्यान कर्मचार्‍यांचे पगार कमी करू नये याची काळजी घेण्याचे निर्देश दिले. कामगार मंत्रालयाचे सचिव हीरालाल समरिया यांनी ही घोषणा केली.
